Our 100% grass-fed and grass finished half beef share includes 200lbs of our favorite locally raised American Wagyu cuts. Great value at 22$/lb! With something for everyone from our premium steaks, roasts, and plenty of ground beef for easy family meals.

A half beef share includes: 200lbs of Premium Grass Finished American Wagyu typically broken down as follows:

123 lbs. of Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs

37 lbs. of Prime Steaks (Ribeye, New York Strip, Flank Steaks, Filet)

40 lbs. Of Roasts, Ribs, & Brisket

*Each animal yields different quantities and overall size of cuts. 

Freezer Space: This 1/2 beef share will fit in 9-10 cubic feet of freezer space.

Packaging: Our American Wagyu beef comes individually packed in USDA Certified Vacuum Sealed Packing.

American Wagyu is commonly utilized for grilling, roasting, and pan searing. The fat content is lower than Japanese Wagyu due to less marbling and our grass finishing, this has created a hearty, beefy flavor many find very palatable when included in well-known American dishes.

Our American Wagyu Beef makes for an incredibly marbled steak. A buttery texture, complex flavors, subtle sweetness and a lingering finish. This marbling is what gives our American Wagyu beef its melt-in-your mouth tenderness and juiciness. Flakes of marbling provide moisture that is rich with flavor, this beef has a high content of quality fats that can melt quickly and leave a texture that is both velvety and delicate.
