1/2 Beef Box

Our 100% grass-fed and grass finished half beef box includes 150-160lbs of our favorite locally raised Highland Beef cuts. With something for everyone from our premium steaks, roasts, and plenty of ground beef for easy family meals.

A Half Beef box includes: 150-160lbs of Premium Grass Finished Highland Beef broken down as follows:

100 lbs. of Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs

30 lbs. of Prime Steaks (Ribeye, New York Strip, Flank Steaks, Filet)

30 lbs. of Roasts, Ribs, & Brisket

*Each animal yields different quantities and overall size of cuts. 

Freezer Space: This 1/2 beef will fit in 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space. 

Packaging: Our local highland beef comes individually packed in USDA Certified Vacuum Sealed Packing. 

Delivery: To see our shipping rates across all 48 lower states, please enter your address at checkout. We also offer free local delivery inside of Blaine County. After you make your purchase, we will reach out within 24 hours to confirm a window of time and location for delivery.
