American Wagyu Family Bundle

A simple way to fill your freezer without committing to a custom half or whole beef.

Our American Wagyu Family Bundle is a curated assortment of approximately 90 lbs. of beef — roughly the volume many families think of as a quarter beef, but without a custom cut sheet.

We build each bundle from a balanced mix of our premium American Wagyu cuts so you get steaks, roasts, ribs or brisket, and plenty of ground beef for everyday meals.

A typical Family Bundle includes approximately:

50 lbs. Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs

20 lbs. Premium Steaks

20 lbs. Roasts, Ribs & Brisket

Exact cuts and quantities vary slightly with each animal and current inventory. This is a curated bundle and is not custom cut.

Freezer Space: Plan on approximately 4–5 cubic feet of freezer space.

Packaging: Individually vacuum sealed and USDA inspected.
