Each box includes two steaks of your choice—Ribeye, Porterhouse, New York Strip, or Filet—paired with 10 pounds of richly marbled ground beef from the same animals. These are generous, restaurant-quality cuts with the balance of tenderness, flavor, and consistency you expect from thoughtfully raised beef.

Our cattle are locally raised and carefully processed to highlight natural marbling and clean, true beef flavor. The result is a box that delivers both standout steaks for special meals and ground beef that holds its own every time you cook with it.

Local delivery is available on orders of $250 or more. Orders outside of Blaine County ship Monday & Tuesday
